Tottenham are set to table an offer for the services of Fenerbahce attacking midfielder Sebastian Szymanski.
The Polish international has made quite a name for himself on the back of his consistent performances and multiple top clubs are ready to knock on Fenerbahce’s door for his signature.
According to a report from Aslinda, Tottenham are interested in Sebastian Szymanski’s services and they are all set to submit a £17 million offer for him.
After spending the 2022/23 season on loan at Feyenoord, Szymanski made a permanent switch to Fenerbahce last summer. He has since featured in 55 matches and has contributed towards 32 goals (13 goals, 19 assists). His impressive performances haven’t gone unnoticed and there is interest from the likes of Tottenham, Lazio as well as Marseille.
Spurs have the best financial situation among the three clubs and are pushing hard to add the 25-year-old to their ranks. They are keen on further bolstering their attack as they look to push for a top-four finish next season. While they do have James Maddison in their team for the number ten role, they are looking to add more competition by signing Szymanski.
His arrival will add more firepower to their attack and his ability to feature on the right flank as well as a central midfielder will give Ange Postecoglou more options to work with. The North London club are expected to hold a meeting with the Turkish club in the coming days where they will submit the offer.
It will be interesting to see if the two clubs can secure an agreement soon.
In other news, John Wenham believes investment talks at Tottenham are “ongoing” despite a recent update regarding MSP Sports Capital.
The owner of the reputable Spurs podcast Lilywhite Rose feels that the club will always welcome investment opportunities in North London.
As reported by Football London (3 June), figures behind the scenes at Spurs have denied any suggestion that the club are in investment talks with MSP Sports Capital.
However, Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – claims there will be other interested parties sniffing around.
“I’m sure Tottenham are always open to investment opportunities,” Wenham said.
Anything that can put more money into the club and increase brand exposure will always be of interest to Levy and Spurs.“Even if they have denied the talks with MSP, I’m sure that talks with other parties will be continuous and ongoing.“That sort of investment could arrive at any time.”Daniel Levy continues to seek investment at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

It is no secret that Tottenham are open to investment opportunities.
And even if talks with MSP didn’t lead anywhere, that is not to say there won’t be plenty of other developments going on behind the scenes.
Finding investment in North London shouldn’t be tricky.
Spurs are an attractive proposition with the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in particular proving to be a very lucrative asset.
It is surely only a matter of time until investment news emerges out of North London and supporters can feel optimistic that the club is heading in the right direction off the pitch.
