West Ham high Profile transfer faces Bizzare problems during medical
West Ham United have truly made waves in the summer transfer window, conducting some exceptional business to strengthen their squad. The Hammers have already secured the signatures of seven new players and are reportedly on the verge of adding Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United to their ranks.

Despite this setback, West Ham remains in discussions with Shabab Al-Ahli to try and resolve the issue. Renowned Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg provided an update on X (formerly Twitter), indicating that Zouma is still with the club, and talks are ongoing to find a solution that will allow the deal to proceed. The experienced defender is currently in a holding pattern, awaiting further developments.
Adding to this, Dharmesh Sheth of Sky Sports also reported that West Ham and Shabab Al-Ahli are continuing negotiations regarding Zouma’s transfer. Although the medical examination flagged an issue, all parties involved are eager to finalize the deal. Terms have already been agreed upon with the player, and a mutual termination of Zouma’s contract with West Ham is reportedly in place, should the move go through. Zouma remains in Dubai, awaiting the next steps in the process.
Zouma’s potential departure comes after a season in which he struggled with fitness, making it likely that he will leave West Ham unless the medical concerns derail the transfer. Meanwhile, speculation also surrounds the future of another West Ham defender, Nayef Aguerd, who could be sold before the window closes. If Aguerd does leave, the Hammers might find themselves in the market for yet another center-back to ensure they are adequately covered for the upcoming season.
