He’s a real Joker and should see a therapist after this”- Joel Klatt disrespects Georgia, then makes a fool of himself in latest CFB rankings…. Read more below
Georgia football is fresh off beating in-state rival Georgia Tech in eight overtimes on Friday night. While this game was one for the ages and UGA did show a lot of championship qualities while making their comeback, this game was by no means a “good game” for Georgia. But at the end of the day, the Bulldogs got the win which is all that matters. But it is hard to argue against people who think less of Georgia after their performance in this game.
Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt happens to be one of those people.
He hasn’t been too high on Georgia throughout most of this season, but their narrow win over the Yellow Jackets was the golden ticket Klatt has been waiting for to do the unthinkable and drop Georgia behind a team they just beat.My new CFB Top 10 (11/30)

— Joel Klatt (@joelklatt)Joel Klatt drops Georgia behind Tennessee
Let’s first clearly state that Georgia being behind Texas is more than fair. The Longhorns only have one loss compared to Georgia’s two, so that ranking isn’t a problem.
But Klatt moving UGA behind Tennessee, who Georgia beat two weeks and is also a two loss team, is borderline insane.
And while this decision is embarrassing enough, his response to a fan about these rankings made it even worse for himself. In the post below, Klatt is responding to a fan claiming that South Carolina should be ranked above Alabama. Here is what Klatt said in response to that suggestion.
That’s right, Klatt said “LITERALLY” in all caps, and was acting like this fan was stupid for even suggessting having South Carolina (who mind you is one of the hottest teams in the country right now) ahead of Alabama (who just got destroyed by a bad Oklahoma team).Everyone sees the irony in this because Klatt ranked Tennessee two spots above Georgia even though the Bulldogs beat the Vols 16 days ago.
So does that mean Klatt thinks he himself is dumb as well? You can be the judge of that, but it’s clear that his rankings have zero value if he’s contradicting himself this much in them.
