Alexander Isak has been a name frequently linked with Premier League clubs, but the latest reports suggest interest in the Swedish forward is now coming from outside England. According to fresh claims from France, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are preparing to test Newcastle United’s resolve with a part-exchange offer for the 25-year-old striker.
Throughout the winter transfer window, Isak was heavily linked with Arsenal, with speculation growing that the Gunners were keen to bolster their attacking options with his signature. However, while Arsenal’s interest appears to have cooled for now, PSG are reportedly gearing up for a summer approach. The club have no immediate need to sell, unlike last summer when financial considerations played a role in outgoing transfers.
