TBR Football has learned that Vlahovic has instructed his camp to explore opportunities in the Premier League, signaling his intent to test himself in England’s top flight once his Juventus chapter concludes.
The Turin giants had initially requested that Vlahovic accept a wage reduction if he wished to extend his stay at the Allianz Stadium — a proposal the forward swiftly rejected. Juventus subsequently tried to find a buyer last summer, with AC Milan among the interested clubs, but a deal never materialized.
Since then, the Serbian striker has endured a mixed campaign under new manager Igor Tudor, making only two starts across all competitions but still managing to score four goals, making him Juventus’ top scorer so far this season.
Despite the ups and downs of his Juventus career since his £66.6 million move from Fiorentina in January 2022, Vlahovic has still produced respectable numbers — 62 goals in 153 appearances for the Bianconeri. Bailey continued, emphasizing that Vlahovic’s age and ambitions may steer him away from the Middle East:
> “He’s only 25 and still has a lot to prove. He’s done fairly well at Juventus, but not quite to the level expected when he joined. You get the sense he has unfinished business and wants to remind everyone why he was once considered one of Europe’s most promising strikers.”
