Spurs in advanced talks to sign highly rated star who is more impressive than Dominant Musiala, he is now keen to join Spurs more than ever
Tottenham have kicked off their summer transfer window with intent, securing Leeds United midfielder Archie Gray for approximately £40 million and Lucas Bergvall from Djurgarden for £8.5 million. Manager Ange Postecoglou will be pleased with these acquisitions, adding promising young talent to the midfield. However, the focus may now shift to bolstering the forward line to support Son Heung-min in the upcoming Premier League season.
Son netted 17 goals in 36 appearances last season, while Richarlison was the second-highest scorer with 12 goals in 31 appearances. They were the only two players to reach double digits in goals.
According to GIVEMESPORT, Tottenham are seriously eyeing a move for Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze. Eze is reportedly open to offers, and his release clause is set at £60 million, plus £8 million in add-ons. Discussions with agents have been held to explore potential deal terms.
Additionally, Spurs have shown interest in Rennes winger Desire Doue. However, his price tag, potentially as high as Eze’s, might dissuade Tottenham from pursuing him.
Eze could provide the creative spark Tottenham needs in the attacking third, contributing goals from open play and set pieces. The 26-year-old scored 11 goals and provided six assists in 31 appearances for Palace last season.

Eze recorded only three fewer goal contributions for Palace last season compared to Musiala’s tally for Bayern, despite playing in a less competitive team. Both players are adept at dribbling and taking on defenders, with Eze averaging 3.02 successful take-ons per 90 minutes and Musiala averaging 4.07.
Musiala’s higher averages in successful take-ons and progressive carries per 90 minutes can be attributed to playing in a more dominant team like Bayern, where breaking defensive lines is crucial. In a possession-oriented side, Eze would likely have more opportunities to carry the ball and engage in one-on-one situations, potentially improving his metrics and goal contributions.
