Harry Kane Gives Clear Verdict on Potential Premier League Return as Bayern Munich Contract Talks Loom
Harry Kane has offered his clearest indication yet of how he currently feels about a potential return to the Premier League, with the Bayern Munich striker appearing increasingly focused on continuing his career in Germany rather than making an immediate comeback to England.

His former club Tottenham Hotspur have also continued to be mentioned as a possible destination, particularly given Kane’s legendary status in North London and his position as Spurs’ all-time leading goalscorer.
However, Kane’s latest comments suggest that returning to the Premier League is not currently driving his thinking. Instead, the 33-year-old appears relaxed about his future and fully focused on Bayern, where he has enjoyed an extremely productive spell since leaving Tottenham in 2023.
Kane moved to Munich in the summer of 2023 in search of the major trophies that had proved elusive during his Tottenham career. “We obviously said we wanted to talk after the World Cup and after my holiday. So I’m not sure exactly when, but they’ll start this week, next week… We’ll start those talks,” Kane said.
He added: “Like I’ve said before, we’re calm; I think they’re calm with the situation.”

Kane’s performances also underline his continued commitment to Bayern.
